Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this website www.genotypic.co.in are subject to the following terms and conditions. By purchasing the products and services on our website, you are agreeing to all of the terms, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the payment terms.

All such rights are reserved by Genotypic Technology Pvt Ltd and its licensors. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

3.0 Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product/services and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

4.0 Pricing and availability

We list availability information for products or services sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, you will be informed by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

All prices are inclusive of VAT/CST, service tax, Goods and Services Tax (“GST”), duties and cesses as applicable – unless stated otherwise.

5.0 Payment

5.1 Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Payments may be made only using Visa or MasterCard credit cards.

5.2 We are not directly involved in the online payment but through a third party service provider.

5.3 All payments are to be made in Reserve Bank of India approved currencies. Genotypic Technology Pvt Ltd accept United States Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR), New Zealand Dollars (NZD), Australian Dollars (AUD), British Pound (GBP) or any other Reserve Bank of India approved foreign currencies.

5.4 Part payment is accepted only where full payment of the account is made by the stipulated due date in the invoice. All other payments must be paid in full and by no later than the final date for payment set out in the invoice.

5.5 Upon completing a transaction using the Service, you will be presented with a confirmation screen verifying the transaction details you wish to process. It is your responsibility to verify that all transaction information and other details are correct.

5.6 We have no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of the use of the Service or for loss of data or information caused by factors beyond our control.

5.7 You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been received by our third party service provider.

5.8 Once a payment has been made it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept any responsibility for refusal or reversal of payments, which shall be a matter between you and your credit card issuer.

6.0 Fees

6.1 Payments made by credit card attract a merchant service fee which is dependent on the amount being transacted and the currency.

6.2 International cardholders using the Service may incur their own bank’s international service fees, in addition to the merchant service fee.

6.3 We may refund your payment or part of your payment in accordance with clauses

6.4 Where there has been a refund by us, we will deduct the merchant service fee payable from the refunded amount due.

7. Refunds

7.1 Requests for refunds must be made in writing together with proof that you have paid more than the outstanding amount owed on the account. Requests for refunds must be sent to payment@genotypic.co.in

7.2 Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of us, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction.

8.0 Warranties and Disclaimers

You warrant that:

8.1 You are aged 18 or over;

8.2 You have the appropriate authority to validly accept the Terms and are able to and will meet your obligations in relation to the Terms.

8.3 The credit card used in connection with the Service is issued in your name.

8.4 You will pay the credit card issuer all charges incurred in the use of the Service.

8.5 The information supplied by you is true and correct.

8.6 To the extent permitted by law, Genotypic Technology Pvt Ltd does not accept liability for any damage, loss, costs (including legal costs), expenses, indirect losses or consequential damage of any kind which may be suffered or incurred by you from the use of the Service. If, for any reason, we are found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises as a result of your use of the Service, Our liability will not in any event exceed the dollar amount of the transaction which formed the basis of the damage or Rs.1000, whichever is the lesser.

8.7 We do not warrant or guarantee that the Service and/or your use of the Service will be error-free, immediate, virus free and/or continuously available or that the information provided through the Service will be complete, accurate and/or up-to-date.

9.0 Linking to this Website

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you. This Website must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of this Website other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

14.0 Entire Agreement

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and www.genotypic.co.in

Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Genotypic Technology.
